By downloading, installing, or using CliperX ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
CliperX is a macOS clipboard management application that provides automatic clipboard history, AI-powered translation, summarization, and text analysis features. The App runs on macOS 14.0 (Sonoma) and later, supporting both Intel and Apple Silicon Macs.
The App offers a free tier with basic clipboard history and limited AI credits. Upgrading to Pro unlocks unlimited features and is available as:

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. For one-time purchases, refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase if you have not extensively used the Pro features. Subscription payments are non-refundable for the current billing period. To cancel a subscription, you may do so at any time through the App.

The App and all associated content, design, and code are the intellectual property of CliperX and its developers. All rights are reserved.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Clipboard data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. AI features process text through our servers to provide results.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CliperX and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms, without prior notice or liability.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
